| Charden sat down as his tailcoat barely touched the back of the red leather seat. Kicking his leg slightly he began to scuff his feet against the ground in hopes to break the odd silence that loomed over the room. The room was rather small, but big enough to only fit himself and a few other chairs, the scuffing carried on until a dark shadow appeared from behind him, which seemed to be another chair. Charden wasn't very keen on distracting himself, so he just focused his burnt amber colored eyes on his moving limbs. The boots still scuffing the ground, leaving chalky black trails behind, his movements became faster, he somehow knew the shadow was watching him, he laughed quietly at himself, getting quite excited at his audiance. His large fairy tail-type ears perk, hearing a small noise in the corner of the room from the figure, turning his head slightly, listening closely to which he thought was a musical squeal. The shadow's figure became bigger, indicating that it moved back some, frightened by his strange appearance. Charden opens his mouth to speak, beads of drool dripping down from his vampiric fangs. "Why hello there." His voice turned deep, almost demonic. No answer. "You do know, I can see you..there's really no point in hiding." He gave a devilish laugh before resuming his activity, which seemed quite amusing to the shadow that hid behind the piece of furniture. "What's your name" This time his voice was cracked, between the noise of his boots and the small clacking from the lanky looking shadow, it became hard to fully hear his voice. "...." No answer. Charden became annoyed, he curled his top lip under his gums in attempt to get a direct answer from the figure. Instead, he nessles back into his seating and gives a small grin, now content. "Cheater. That isn't any way to welcome company now is it? Your restless little body is giving me notes on how you work, what you do, what a feverish mind, don't you think?" The shadow moves around once more. Seeming as if it's taken steps, but not touching the ground. As quickly as it moved, a string-like web slid down from the ceiling, the shadow Charden seen starting to become smaller. Popping up infront of his face was a small spider. A Black Widow. Raising his eyebrows, Charden reared his head back, shuffling around in his seat to only cross his leg over the other. Watching the small life form, trailing his focus on the thin thread that enabled the creature to suspend itself from such a tall ceiling. As his eyes kept following. The more he became intreged. The curves of the piece of artwork looked alien like to the vampire. His eyes grew dim as he stopped his awe and looked back down to the arachnid. Giving a small smile, he folds his arm over the other, resting his elbow on the already crossed leg. "So, what's your occupation?" "..." "A DREAM WEAVER....? Wonderful." |
